The Being Profile® is the world's first ontological assessment tool that measures 31 Aspects of Being. Unlike personality assessments that focus on traits, the Being Profile® examines how you "are being" in the world - your ways of thinking, feeling, and acting. It provides a comprehensive view of your authentic presence and identifies opportunities for growth in leadership and coaching effectiveness.
This course is ideal for coaches, leaders, HR professionals, facilitators, and anyone committed to creating inclusive, trauma-informed spaces. Whether you work one-on-one, with teams, or in organizations, the CSS Framework provides practical tools for fostering emotional safety, belonging, and resilience.
