Commitment to People
All my life I have strived to bring out the best in everyone I meet. When I work with a customer, they are my #1 in that moment.

Acceptance & Possibility
I accept individuals for who they are and who they want to become. I am open-minded and believe anything is possible.

Wonder
Due to my sense of curiosity, I will ask many questions. The intention is to have others think differently. I encourage them to come up with their own questions too.

Honesty
This goes beyond not telling a lie or spilling all the truth out. “Be Impeccable with Your Words” is one of the Four Agreements by Miguel Ruiz. I say what I know or believe and encourage others to do the same even when there is fear. Sometimes I say, “I am not sure about this and…” I am expressing what I feel, know, or believe even though I am afraid of what impact it may have and inviting others to share their take on it.

Respect
I respect my own and other’s health, safety, self-esteem, feelings, and opinions.

Integrity
I keep my word and any agreements I make. I am truthful and transparent with customers, partners, vendors, government, etc.

Confidentiality
Coaching sessions are strictly confidential. I adhere to the International Coach Federation’s Code of Ethics and abide by the Personal Information Protection Act in British Columbia. Any subject discussed and/or items shared (including personal information, future plans, business dealings, proprietary information, goals, job, and company information) will remain confidential. The only exception is anything that is in violation of applicable laws and/or if there are compelling circumstances affecting anyone’s health or safety (appropriate action would be taken to contact external resources necessary to facilitate safety, security and well-being). Please note: my coaching records can be subpoenaed.

I will neither directly, nor indirectly, use any information received for neither personal nor professional benefit. I will not give out customer names as a reference without their consent. For International Coach Federation (ICF) professional designation, I am required to log my coaching hours (with first and last name with email address and length of coaching).

Customer Delight
This is taking Customer Service one step further. I offer value added services. Customer Delight is the positive emotional response and joy that the customer feels from interaction with me and my services/products.

Customer Development
I am dedicated the personal growth of all my customers.

Continuous Improvement
I am committed to honing my skills and will be keeping a “beginner’s mind”. This means I try various techniques and tools to further develop my skills. Some of the questions or requests posed by me, customer issues and/or self-reflection may be challenging. I encourage feedback regarding anything especially if others feel upset or something doesn’t feel right to them.

Unconditional Positive Regard aka Love
The overarching value is unconditional love in it’s purest sense. You may relate it to agape or charity love. To me, the value of love is displayed in this way:
